Dispatch

All orders are sent out same/next day via Royal Mail 48. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. At checkout you have the option to choose Royal Mail 24, which aims to be next day delivery.

Returns Accepted

Where the item is being returned for a reason outside of our control, for example fit, sizing or personal choice, the cost of the returns label will be deducted from the refund value, however if the item sizing has been incorrectly described, return postage would be covered by us.
Given that full measurements are included within the description, and buyers are advised to check these measurements before purchasing, any request for a return based on sizing under the reason code -Doesnt Match Description- will be rejected. This includes where an item is missing a size label and an estimation for the size of the item has been made.
