• Payment

  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.

• Cancellations & Returns

  Cancellations or returns will only be accepted if there is an obvious problem not described in the item description or explained in a message with me. In that case, please notify us within 3 days of you getting the item. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges and any charges incurred shipping the product back.
  
  For items above a certain price, we take measures against product switching returns and return fraud by photographing the serial number and documenting the packaging condition at the time of shipping through photos or videos.

• International Buyers

  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
