After his 1916 re-election campaign when President Woodrow Wilson wasnt for Womens Suffrage but his republican opponent, Charles Hughes was, (and Wilson barely won that election), he modified his position since he was even picketed at the White House by female suffrage activists. In November 1917, New York state had a suffrage measure on their ballot, and this 5" x 7" paper pamphlet with his name and photo came out in support of that measure. The cool thing about this particular example is that it never was even folded, being open at 10" x 7"

It is in nice condition but please look at our images to judge condition for yourself so you can be happy with your purchase.Remember, this stuffs called ephemera, folks, since it was made to be used and then discarded. So, were just boutiques lucky to have things like this in any condition to add to our collections. It shows typical age wear and being 100+ years old, is that surprising?
