This book has been in the same family for most of its years. I have looked but found no writing in the book, but on the top corner of the first blank page it looks as if someone tried to erase something. It has 258 pages.

I would say the book is in very good condition. The corners of the cover have been bent a little bit and banged. And a small discoloration on the cover.
