This is food for everyone, normal and freaky eaters alike. Some recipes are vegan, some dairy-free, some vegetarian but all low-FODMAP and gluten-free.



By sharing our experiences of a busy family life twinned with a heavily restricted diet, Our House For Tea will help make cooking from scratch less of a chore and something to be enjoyed.
